We ship through registered and established courier companies for orders within Afghanistan.
Domestic orders: delivered within 3-5 business days.
Please note that Fridays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from different locations of our Kuchi’s places across Afghanistan in most cases. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Returns & Exchanges
Kuchi endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements, and we put our best efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in right condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our side.
The product should be returned in original packing without any damage or any kind of tampering, should be well packed to avoid any damage in transit.
To return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report a damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each reject exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. Please also note that our products are all handmade and there could be slight variations from one product to another, which are part of the inherent nature of the product making process, and these will not be considered as defects.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, and / or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Refunds will be made within 7-8 business days. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
